The more ways of resolving disputes in constructive ways the better for our people, communities and the country at large.
We, through our Director Njeri Ndiangui-Kimanthi participated at the Validation meeting of the Conciliation Training of Trainers manual on 22nd June, 2023 at the Sarova Panafric Hotel, Nairobi. The meeting was attended by different Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) Training Institutions, Practitioners, the Judiciary and other key partners. Conciliation is an Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism that is mostly used in Labour and Employment courts.
Well done to Dr. Joy Mbaabu for successfully leading the process from the beginning to the end through the support of IDLO.
